The chemical corrosion of the metal plasma etching machine in industry usually has the following four steps:
1. Cleaning treatment: the purpose is to clean all kinds of stains on the surface of the parts to be corroded, so as to ensure that the anti-corrosion layer can be uniform with the adhesion of the metal surface, and the etching speed is uniform. Common cleaning methods include: organic solvent cleaning, alkaline chemical cleaning, acid chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and electrolytic cleaning. In the use process, it can be selected according to the type of metal material and the pollution degree of the part surface.
2. Anti corrosion treatment: its purpose is to protect the surfaces that do not need to be corroded, so that the metal surfaces that need to be corroded are exposed completely, and are corroded by the corrosive agent suitable for the metal materials. This process requires that the anti-corrosion material adhere to the metal surface firmly, and the anti-corrosion layer will not fall off during the whole corrosion process. Anti-corrosion treatment mainly includes: screen printing anti-corrosion technology, photo chemical anti-corrosion technology, pad printing anti-corrosion technology, graphic plating anti-corrosion technology, laser lithography anti-corrosion technology and etching anti-corrosion layer technology.
3. Anti corrosion processing: it is a process that the corroded metal parts are put into the corrosion machine for corrosion processing after the anti-corrosion graphics and text are made according to the drawing requirements. In this process, the concentration of corrosion agent, corrosion temperature and time are mainly controlled. According to the requirements of drawings, metal corrosion processing can be divided into five basic types, namely: overall corrosion, selective corrosion, multistep corrosion, taper corrosion and chemical cutting blanking. No anti-corrosion treatment is required for all-round metal corrosion, and parts can be processed after cleaning.
4. Remove the anti-corrosion layer: after the parts are taken out from the metal corrosion machine, use solvent, alkali solution or other cleaners to remove the anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the parts.
