等離子綜合性技術有哪些?

     等離子體技術是一個集物理學、化學、生物學和環境科學於一體的交叉綜合性技術,該技術顯著特點是對汙染物兼具物理效應、化學效應和生物效應,且有能耗低、效率高、無二次汙染等明顯優點。

    原理:

    采用等離子體分解油霧、廢氣等汙染介質時,等離子體中的等離子起決定性的作用。流星雨狀的等離子與介質內分子(原理)發生非彈性碰撞,將能量轉化成基態分子(原子)的內能,發生激發、離解、電離等一係列過程使汙染介質處於活化狀態。汙染介質在等離子體的作用下,產生活性自由基,活化後的汙染物分子經過等離子體定向鏈化學反應後被脫除。當離子平均能量超過汙染介質中化學鍵結合能時,分子鏈斷裂,汙染介質分解,並在等離子發生器吸附場的作用下被收集。在等離子體中,可能發生各類型的化學反應,這主要取決於等離子的平均能量、離子密度、氣體溫度、汙染物介質內分子濃度及共存的介質成分。

 

    對氣態有機汙染物的降解機理:

     有足夠的能量來產生自由基,引發一係列複雜的物理、化學反應。由低 溫 等 離子體引起的氣體有機物化學反應是在氣相中進行的電離、離解、激發、原子.分子間的相互結合及加成反應。這個能量足以使大多數氣態有機物中的化學鍵發生斷裂,從而使其降解。

  Plasma technology is a cross comprehensive technology that integrates physics, chemistry, biology and environmental science. Its remarkable feature is that it has physical, chemical and biological effects on pollutants, and has obvious advantages such as low energy consumption, high efficiency and no secondary pollution.

Principle:

  Plasma plays a decisive role in the decomposition of oil mist, exhaust gas and other polluting media by plasma. The meteor shower plasma collides with the molecules (Principles) in the medium inelastically, transforms the energy into the internal energy of the ground state molecules (atoms), and generates a series of processes such as excitation, dissociation and ionization, which make the polluted medium in an active state. Under the action of plasma, the polluted medium produces active free radicals, and the activated pollutant molecules are removed after the chemical reaction of plasma oriented chain. When the average energy of ions exceeds the binding energy of chemical bonds in the polluted medium, the molecular chain breaks, the polluted medium decomposes and is collected under the action of the adsorption field of the plasma generator. In plasma, various kinds of chemical reactions may occur, which mainly depends on the average energy of plasma, ion density, gas temperature, molecular concentration in pollutant medium and coexisting medium composition.

Degradation mechanism of gaseous organic pollutants:

   There is enough energy to produce free radicals and initiate a series of complex physical and chemical reactions. The chemical reactions of gas organic compounds caused by low temperature plasma are ionization, dissociation, excitation, atom molecule interaction and addition reactions in the gas phase. This energy is enough to break the chemical bonds in most gaseous organics and degrade them.
