等離子表麵處理技術在塑料行業的應用

      由於大多數塑料材料的表麵張力很低,因此過去的很多設計往往是遷就材料,隻要在經過一定的等離子表麵處理後表麵能達到了噴塗或粘接等工藝的要求,就優先考慮使用這種材料。


      近年來,成本和材料的使用特性等則日益成為產品設計的主導因素,從而使汽車製造商們開始將眼光投向了更多的塑料品種。目前,PP、PC、ABS、SMC、各種彈性體以及各種複合材料等已在汽車製造中得到了廣泛應用。在這種情況下,不僅要處理好同一材料部件之間的相互粘接問題,還要解決好不同材料部件之間的相互粘接問題,而以往的等離子表麵處理方法顯然難以滿足這一加工製程的要求。


      就等離子表麵處理效果而言,目前所有的表麵處理方法中,氟化處理的效果是Z好的,它能使材料獲得永久粘接力。但是,這種方法會產生大量的有害氣體,對廢氣的處理成本令大多數汽車廠商難以接受。


      但是令人欣慰的是,等離子表麵處理技術的出現為塑料行業帶來了一場革新,等離子表麵處理技術具有以下優勢: 1. 環保技術:等離子表麵處理作用過程是氣固相幹式反應,不消耗水資源、無須添加化學藥劑 2. 效率高:整個工藝能在較短的時間內完成  3. 成本低:裝置簡單,容易操作維修,少量氣體代替了昂貴的清洗液,同時也無處理廢液成本  4. 處理更精細:能夠深入微細孔眼和凹陷的內部並完成清洗任務  5. 適用性廣:等離子表麵處理技術能夠實現對大多數固態物質的處理,因此應用的領域非常廣泛

However, the previous plasma surface treatment methods are obviously difficult to meet the requirements of this process.


   As far as the effect of plasma surface treatment is concerned, among all surface treatment methods at present, the effect of fluorination treatment is the best, which can make the material obtain permanent adhesion. However, this method will produce a lot of harmful gases, and the cost of waste gas treatment is unacceptable to most automobiles manufacturers.


  However, it is gratifying that the emergence of plasma surface treatment technology has brought an innovation to the plastic industry. Plasma surface treatment technology has the following advantages: 1. Environmental protection technology: the plasma surface treatment process is gas-solid coherent reaction, does not consume water resources, and does not need to add chemicals 2. High efficiency: the whole process can be completed in a short time 3 Low cost: the device is simple, easy to operate and maintain, a small amount of gas replaces the expensive cleaning liquid, and there is no cost to treat the waste liquid at the same time. 4. More refined treatment: it can penetrate into the interior of the micro holes and depressions and complete the cleaning task. 5. Wide applicability: plasma surface treatment technology can achieve the treatment of most solid substances, so it is widely used in many fields。
